By using the Manar app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Downloading, accessing, or using Manar constitutes a binding acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Manar for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or misuse the app or its services.

3. Nature of Religious Content

Manar is intended to assist you in your worship; however:

• Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated using approximate astronomical methods based on your location and may vary slightly. You are advised to verify them with locally recognized authorities.
• We strive for accuracy in the Holy Quran and adhkar; nonetheless, please refer to trusted printed copies and sources when needed, and report any issue to us.

4. Accounts & Responsibility

If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity that occurs through it. You may also use the app as a Guest without an account.

5. Donations

Some sections allow donating via the "Ehsan" platform (a third party). Such donations are governed by that platform's terms, and Manar is not responsible for payments made outside the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to Manar's design, name, logo, and software belong to the developer. The Quranic text and related content remain in the public domain and are not subject to any exclusive rights.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations will be accurate in every place and at every time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
