تطبيق منار رفيق إسلامي يقدّم مواقيت الصلاة، واتجاه القبلة، والقرآن الكريم، والأذكار وغيرها من المزايا. نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها وحقوقك تجاهها.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
يمكن استخدام منار كضيف دون إنشاء حساب، وفي هذه الحالة لا نجمع أي اسم أو بريد إلكتروني. عند تسجيل الدخول تُجمع البيانات التالية:
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني — فقط إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple، ويُزوّدنا بهما مزوّد الخدمة الذي اخترته.
- معرّف المستخدم (User ID) — معرّف فريد يُنشئه Firebase لربط إعداداتك بحسابك.
- معرّف الجهاز للإشعارات (رمز FCM) — رمز فني لإرسال إشعارات تذكيرية مثل مواقيت الصلاة.
قياس الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال. لتحسين التطبيق يجمع منار — من كل مستخدم، بحساب أو بدونه — بيانات فنية لا تُعرّف بك: اسم الشاشة التي تفتحها، وعدد الجلسات وطولها، ونوع الجهاز ونظام تشغيله، وإصدار التطبيق، والدولة (تُستنتج تقديريًّا من عنوان IP دون تخزين العنوان)، ومعرّفًا عشوائيًّا خاصًّا بنسخة التطبيق على جهازك. وعند وقوع عُطل يُرسَل تقرير يتضمّن أثر الخطأ البرمجي وحالة الجهاز لحظتها. فإن كنت مسجّلًا للدخول أُرفِق معرّف المستخدم (User ID) وحده — دون اسمك أو بريدك — ليتسنّى ربط بلاغك بتقريره. لا يُجمع معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID)، ولا يُستخدم أيٌّ من ذلك للإعلان ولا للتتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى.
الموقع الجغرافي لا يُجمع. يستخدم منار موقع جهازك «أثناء الاستخدام فقط» لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، وتتم المعالجة على جهازك مباشرةً. لا يُرسَل موقعك إلى خوادمنا ولا يُخزَّن ولا يُشارك مع أي طرف. وعند رفض الإذن يستخدم التطبيق مكة المكرمة كموقع افتراضي.
الميكروفون (خاصية «إقرأ بصوتك»). عند استخدامك ميزة تصحيح التلاوة فقط، يُلتقط صوتك من الميكروفون ويُرسَل إلى خدمة تحويل الكلام إلى نص من Google لتحليل تلاوتك لحظيًّا. تُعالَج المقاطع الصوتية آنيًّا لهذا الغرض فقط، ولا نخزّنها على خوادمنا ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. تحتاج الخاصية إلى إذن الميكروفون الذي يمكنك رفضه.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك (المصادقة).
- حفظ تفضيلاتك (اللغة، المظهر، الإعدادات) ومزامنتها.
- إرسال الإشعارات والتذكيرات التي تفعّلها.
- معرفة المزايا التي تُستخدم فعلًا — بصورة مجمّعة — لتحسينها وترتيب أولويات التطوير.
- اكتشاف الأعطال والأخطاء وإصلاحها.
لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء بيانات، ولا نستخدمها للتتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
3. مزوّدو الخدمة (أطراف ثالثة)
نعتمد على خدمات Google Firebase لمعالجة البيانات نيابةً عنا:
- Firebase Authentication — لإدارة الحسابات وتسجيل الدخول.
- Cloud Firestore — لتخزين ملف المستخدم وتفضيلاته بشكل آمن.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — لإرسال الإشعارات.
- خدمة تحويل الكلام إلى نص من Google — لتحليل التلاوة في خاصية «إقرأ بصوتك» عند استخدامها فقط.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — قياس استخدام المزايا بصورة مجمّعة.
- Firebase Crashlytics — استقبال تقارير الأعطال والأخطاء.
تخضع هذه المعالجة لسياسة خصوصية Google. لا يستخدم منار أي أدوات إعلانية، ولا يجمع معرّف الإعلانات، ولا يتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا تُباع بياناتك ولا تُشارك مع وسطاء بيانات.
4. التبرّعات
عند اختيار التبرّع تُحوَّل إلى منصّة «إحسان» (ehsan.sa)، وتتم عملية الدفع بالكامل على صفحتها. لا يطّلع منار على بيانات بطاقتك أو دفعك ولا يخزّنها.
5. حذف الحساب وبياناتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك مباشرةً من داخل التطبيق عبر الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف حساب المصادقة وملفك في Firestore ورمز الإشعارات نهائيًا. لأي استفسار راسلنا على support@nabeacreative.com.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك المرتبطة به دون إبطاء غير مبرّر.
7. أمن البيانات
تُنقَل البيانات وتُخزَّن عبر بنية Google السحابية المشفّرة. ومع أننا نتّخذ تدابير معقولة للحماية، لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت بنسبة 100%.
8. خصوصية الأطفال
منار غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا تبيّن خلاف ذلك سنحذف البيانات فورًا.
9. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

Manar is an Islamic companion app offering prayer times, qibla direction, the Holy Quran, adhkar and more. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Manar can be used as a Guest without an account, in which case no name or email is collected. If you sign in, we collect:
- Name & Email address — only if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple; provided to us by that provider.
- User ID — a unique identifier generated by Firebase to link your settings to your account.
- Device ID for notifications (FCM token) — a technical token used to deliver reminders such as prayer-time notifications.
Usage measurement and crash reports. To improve the app, Manar collects technical data from every user — with or without an account — that does not identify you: the name of the screen you open, the number and length of your sessions, your device model and OS, the app version, your country (estimated from your IP address, which is not stored), and a random identifier specific to this installation of the app. When the app crashes, a report is sent containing the stack trace and the state of the device at that moment. If you are signed in, your User ID alone is attached — never your name or email — so that a problem you report to us can be matched to its crash report. No Advertising ID is collected, and none of this is used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps or websites.
Location is not collected. Manar uses your device location "While Using the app" only, to calculate prayer times and qibla direction. Processing happens on your device. Your location is never sent to our servers, stored, or shared with anyone. If permission is denied, the app falls back to Makkah as a default location.
Microphone (the "Recite" feature). Only when you use the recitation-correction feature, your voice is captured from the microphone and sent to Google's speech-to-text service to analyze your recitation in real time. Audio is processed transiently for this purpose only; we do not store it on our servers or share it for advertising. The feature requires microphone permission, which you may decline.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and sign you in (authentication).
- To save and sync your preferences (language, theme, settings).
- To send notifications and reminders you enable.
- To understand, in aggregate, which features are actually used, so we can improve them and prioritise development.
- To detect and fix crashes and errors.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with data brokers, and do not use it for tracking across other apps or websites.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on Google Firebase to process data on our behalf:
- Firebase Authentication — manages accounts and sign-in.
- Cloud Firestore — securely stores your user profile and preferences.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers notifications.
- Google speech-to-text service — analyzes recitation in the "Recite" feature, only when used.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — measures feature usage in aggregate.
- Firebase Crashlytics — receives crash and error reports.
This processing is subject to Google's privacy policy. Manar uses no advertising tools, collects no Advertising ID, does not track you across other apps or websites, and neither sells your data nor shares it with data brokers.
4. Donations
If you choose to donate, you are taken to the "Ehsan" platform (ehsan.sa), where the payment is completed entirely on their page. Manar never sees or stores your card or payment information.
5. Deleting Your Account & Data
You can delete your account directly inside the app via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your authentication account, your Firestore profile, and your notification token. For any request, contact support@nabeacreative.com.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the associated data is deleted without undue delay.
7. Data Security
Data is transmitted and stored through Google's encrypted cloud infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to protect it, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Manar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn otherwise, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
